All fares are quoted individually based on your specific route, vehicle type, travel dates and trip requirements. Before your journey begins, you will receive a clear fare confirmation detailing the total cost for your booking. This quotation includes the base vehicle hire for the agreed itinerary, and we confirm all pricing details before you commit to travel. Fares may vary depending on seasonal demand, vehicle availability and journey complexity, which is why we provide personalised quotes rather than standardised rate cards.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking confirmation. Additional charges including toll fees, parking charges, interstate permits and state entry taxes are quoted separately and will be clearly itemised in your fare breakdown. These supplementary costs are subject to change by relevant authorities and are passed on at actual rates. We do not add markup to statutory charges or third-party fees, ensuring you pay only what is genuinely required for your journey across Rajasthan's road network.

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact our office as soon as possible by calling 096602 80530 or emailing luckychoudhary4838@gmail.com. Cancellation terms are discussed individually based on how much notice you provide and whether the vehicle has already been assigned to your journey. We understand that travel plans change, and we aim to work with you to find reasonable solutions whenever circumstances allow flexibility on both sides.

Journey modifications such as route changes, additional stops or extended itineraries can often be accommodated during your trip, subject to driver availability and schedule constraints. Any changes to the agreed itinerary may result in revised fares, which will be discussed and confirmed before proceeding. For significant alterations to multi-day bookings, please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can arrange vehicle and driver schedules accordingly and provide accurate updated pricing.

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect throughout the journey. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and any behaviour that may damage the vehicle or compromise safety is not permitted. Our drivers are instructed to maintain professional, courteous service, and we ask passengers to reciprocate with considerate conduct. If passenger behaviour endangers safety or violates these terms, the driver reserves the right to terminate the journey, with no refund applicable for the unused portion.

Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type and is confirmed when you book. Standard boot space accommodates typical tourist luggage for the stated passenger capacity, but oversized items, sports equipment or excessive baggage should be mentioned at booking so we can arrange appropriate vehicles. Passengers are responsible for their belongings throughout the journey. Whilst our drivers assist with loading and unloading, Lucky Taxi Service cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal items during transit or stops.

Journey times provided are approximate and based on typical traffic and road conditions. Rajasthan's road network can be affected by traffic congestion, roadworks, weather conditions, festivals, and occasional livestock crossings, all of which may extend travel duration. Whilst our drivers plan routes carefully and depart with appropriate time margins, Lucky Taxi Service cannot guarantee exact arrival times and is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In cases of extreme weather, road closures, civil disturbance or other force majeure events that prevent safe travel, journeys may need to be postponed or rerouted. We will communicate any such issues promptly and work with you to find alternative arrangements. Where significant itinerary changes become necessary due to external factors, revised costings will be discussed transparently. Your safety remains our absolute priority, and decisions to delay or alter routes are made with passenger welfare foremost in mind.
